Niamh P. O’Kane, BCBA

Clinical behavior support led by Niamh P. O’Kane, BCBA

O’Kane Enterprises is a behavior-analytic practice focused on supporting children, young people, and the adults who care for them. Led by Board Certified Behavior Analyst Niamh P. O’Kane, our work centers on practical, ethically grounded interventions that fit real lives and real environments.

We collaborate with families, schools, and service providers to understand why behavior is happening, what is maintaining it, and how to build skills that increase independence, safety, and quality of life. Every plan we design is individualized, data-informed, and aligned with current best practice in applied behavior analysis.

Whether we are conducting assessments, writing behavior support plans, coaching staff, or consulting with leadership teams, our goal is the same… to translate behavior-analytic principles into clear, usable supports that people can actually implement and sustain.
